Gites at the foot of Mont-Ventoux
The Provence is very enjoyable in spring, with the broom and almond tree flowering, the cherries and apricots, and the warming sun.
In the summer you can follow its bed all the way through the famous gorges, 2 hours of hiking, feet in the water, the pick-nick in the backpack. (it might get wet…)
During the autumn the barking of the deer in love will surprise you on your terrace while having an aperitif.
In the winter you will enjoy the ever green trees (pine, cedar and green oak), and the dry, blue skies.
No barrier, no cars, just nature.
Forget your car at the end of the road! The wildlife is right outside your bedroom door. Our first neighbours are 1 km to the east and 8 km to the west, the first wild boar is much closer!
The Bergerie, facing south, overlooks the pine-covered Mont Ventoux.
She is situated on the slopes of the garrigue where you can pick the aromatic herbes and have direct access to the GR 91.
The Toulourenc («all or nothing» in the provençal language) meanders along our land and starting in May are able to take a dip under the small roman bridge in its «marmites géantes» (giant cauldron).
